Our Football Program's Top-Tier Structure

Divide into 2 groups: high school (grades 9-12) and youth (grades 5-8)

Divide into positions within these groups: OL / DL, WR / DB, RB / LB, QB

1-2 coaches per position group

Every session consists of:
  • Dynamic warm-up (whole group)
  • Individual drills (position groups – same drills every week)
  • Skill building (position groups – new skills)
  • Half skelly / routes (whole group)
  • Classroom instruction

Classroom instruction is an important piece of every player’s development. The coaches will utilize this time to teach various skills that the players will implement on the field.

The high school players will attend 20-minute classroom sessions within their skill positions. There will be a 4-week curriculum, taught by their position coaches, specific to their specialty. This curriculum will repeat each month.

The youth players will attend 30-minute classroom sessions as a group, as they are too young to truly specialize.

Most youth programs require their players to play both offense and defense. Thus, most youth players will be exposed to a variety of positions before becoming more specialized in high school.
