Troy Reddick was a two-time All-SEC Honorable Mention offensive lineman at Auburn University from 2002-2005. He was an integral part of the undefeated 2004 season that ended with a BCS Sugar Bowl victory over Virginia Tech.
At Auburn, he opened holes for NFL draft picks Jason Campbell, Ronnie Brown, Carnell Williams, Brandon Jacobs, and Kenny Irons. He continued his playing career in the NFL by attending training camp as a free agent with the Chicago Bears and the New York Football Giants.
He went #1 overall in the 2007 NFL Europe draft but turned that opportunity down for a three-year contract with the Arena Football League’s San Jose SaberCats, where he led the SaberCats to an Arena Bowl XXI championship over the Columbus Destroyers. The next year his contract was bought out by the Dallas Desperados, where his season ended with a lower leg injury.

Troy has trained with the premier strength and conditioning experts in the country like Tom Shaw, former NE Patriots S&C coach and founder TSP; Kevin Yoxall, former UCLA and Auburn University S&C coach; Rusty Jones, former Buffalo Bills and Chicago Bears S&C coach; and Chip Smith, founder of Competitive Edge Sports.
Having had the opportunity to hone his craft in the most physically dominant division of football, the SEC West, his experiences are invaluable to the young linemen he trains. He began coaching in 2010 at the middle school level before settling in Portland and joining AirOne Football Academy.
With AirOne Football Academy, Troy has had the opportunity to train Kaleb McGary, a UW signee, and several others headed to the next level. As the son of a former college QB and being a lifelong offensive lineman, he contends that his key to success is helping those around him accomplish their goals.
