AirOne Football is excited to announce our new PreSeason Training program

What is it: 
PreSeason Training is a 5 week program designed to get you ready for the start of your season. We will mix weight, speed, agility, on-field & film room training to help get you physically & mentally prepared for the upcoming season.

When is it:
July 10th-August 12th
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 PM – 8 PM
Saturdays 10 AM – 11:30 AM

Monday & Wednesdays will be at Gilday Sports Conditioning
Saturdays will be on the field at Hudson’s Bay

Mondays & Wednesdays will mix Weight training, Speed & Agility Training, Core Training & Position Specific Training & Film Sessions

Saturdays will be our field work. Position specific training, 1 on 1’s, 7 on 7’s, Linemen Challenges & more. Saturdays will give you a chance to compete against other top athletes in the area.

Why AirOne: 

Our trainers are some of the best around. You will get weight training from Cory Gilday who has a Masters degree & Coach Andrew Pompeii former trainer for PSU. 
On field training will be from our Top Coaching staff that includes former All American John Charles. We will work with you & your coaches to help fit our training to get you prepared for your program.

Our goals with the Preseason Camp are to help improve your Football IQ, improve position specific Fundamentals, Mechanics & your understanding of game situations.
