Joe Salvador has been developing Athletes in the Northwest Region for over 15 years. He was a true 3 sport high school student athlete, achieving all conference honors in football, basketball and track and field. His athletic abilities led him to further pursue his football dreams at a junior college after graduating high school. With his passion for the game and educating young men, he began coaching high school football in 2001 and continues to do so. His knowledge expands to both sides of the ball as he has been a successful defensive and offensive coordinator. As an offensive coordinator he was an important piece in helping rebuild a struggling Parkrose program. In 2010 he helped lead them to the school's first playoff victory since 1982. In 2016 he was an integral part in helping to rebuild Madison high school’s football program and helping them achieve their first playoff win in over a decade.
